Are faded gauges bumming you out?

After purchasing an older vehicle that has been sitting around, you may decide to give your old and sad looking gauges a little face lift. I am going to share a quick tip about how I refresh gauge needles. After years of UV exposure, painted or plastic needles will begin to fade. What is one to do in this situation?
